Aim more for around 130-135 as a healthy weight. Also when you get close to the thinnest your body can be and still be healthy the weight comes off a lot slower. You have to make sure you almost always eat right and always get a good workout in. Also try changing up your workout a little or even cutting out 100 calories a day. That is if you arn't eating less that 1200 already.
