I really can't stop. Anyone have any ideas or mechanisms that can work to stop eating. Also Is it possible for me to work reallyt hard and lose 100 pounds in 5 months? I have a cruise in September :(

In the begining if you work hard you will lose more thn after you lose some of theweight. This is because the extra weight burns calories quicker. But if weight loss slows, which it will, then don't get discouraged and keep you head in there. Good luck and try and ask someone you live with to monitor your food intake. It may seem like an invasion of privacy, but it is the easiest way to limit yourself!
Reply from czarina, Age 19 - 04/04/07 - IP#: 202.81.171.xxx whenever i get the urge to eat for the sake of eating (or whenever i get bored), i think to myself "is that cake really worth it? i'm already full, why should i eat that?" or if i wanna "cheat" i'll just have one bite but make sure it is just one small bite. or, if i know i wanna eat dessert, i'll cut back on my main course and eat the dessert.
Reply from andrea, Age 16 - 04/03/07 - IP#: 66.69.146.xxx it's not healthy 2 lose 100 lbs in 5 months..ive lost 30 in 3..so even 50 could push it..so at the least try 4 50..so u won't gain it all back...after all..the faster u lose..the faster u gain it back..hope this was helpful =D
