Ht. 5'1", Start: 699 lb, Today: 699 lb, Goal: 699 lb - Obviously, I don't weigh that much. I just put some numbers. Anyway, I have belly fat, and I hate it soooo much! That's my only problem. Everything else looks great. I just really need some help. What all should I do to lose it? Should I diet, or what? If so, what should I eat, and how much, and when? Please help me! I wanna lose my belly! Good luck to you all, and for the ones whose lost the weight, awesome job!

Dont diet. if you have only got belly fat, what is the point. No one is a 100% confident and happy with their body's, it is a fact. I have never met a person that is 100% confident. If you are a feemale, men like curves, if you are a lad, women dont find skinny or thin men attractive. Women like security, and skinny men dont give them that. Dont ever feel preasured by anyone to loose weight, unless you have to medically.
