And I'm not doing an awful job because I've been able to maintain the 30 pounds i dropped, but I just dont have the drive to lose anymore. And its not like I lack motivation. I have prom, confirmation, varsity banquet and a wedding coming up!

WHAT else do u get (need?) from food besides nutrition? do u need comfort? stress releif? entertainment cuz ur bored? what do u feel when you crave somehting? what would happen if u didn't eat it? could u do something else besides eat at that point? maybe hug somebody, take a walk with ur dog? same thing for when u want a super size or second helping.. anyways.. hope this helps.

Maybe u should just cut back slowly like maybe lose 5 pounds a month. so you'll still be losing but it wont really feel like ur putting in so much effort. which can take alot out of u. Good Luck!!
