This is actually a subject that really interests me, and I have done plenty of research on the subject. Most of what I have read says that morning is slightly better because you are more likely to stick with it and avoid distractions later in the day, so you don't follow through with your plans of exercising. It also boosts your metabolism very slightly throughout the day. But the benefit from that is minimal. I have occasionally heard the theory presented in this article, but it's definitely not what most experts say. Pick a time that works into your schedule the best and you will not skip.

That's not true. Doctors and scientists show that it all depends on when your body is willing to work out. Some people are morning workers and feel better when they do it in the morning. Then there are people like me who work out in the evening because that feels better. It really makes no difference, its all personal preference.
