breakfast special k cereal, a banana, and a cup of milk
snack a fruit cup
lunch 1 small slice of chef boyardee pizza and water
snack 100 cal. pack
supper chicken noodle soup, veg. crackers, water

yes i did cardio for 5 minutes straight and did 50 crunches
