Do any of you have any tricks to deter this kind of behavior?

Reply from Lindsey, Age 11 - 04/06/07 - IP#: 207.200.116.xxx My main "scarf" time is during lunch, when my friends and I share food. What I do is keep a note near me saying "Do you need that?" I also think of being the same weight as them because they are all thin. At home you can put your bathing suit on the fridge for motivation. You could also think of an important event coming up. I have my 6th grade graduation in June. I want to go from 162 to 145 pounds by then. All of these things are helpful, especially if you use them all!!!
