Ht. 5'10", Start: 189 lb, Today: 188 lb, Goal: 180 lb - I just started my diet a few days ago and i'm doing really good! I have a notebook that I wrote down all my goals and the rules i'm making for myself. Here are my rules/goals:
Goals: get to 180 [my final goal will be 150-140, i'm just doing small ones for now]
-2 pounds every 5 days.
Rules: NO POP! Drink a glass of water before all meals. Snacks have to be a piece of fruit. 200 crunches mon/wed/fri. [I have basketball practice tues/thurs]. Don't weigh myself until the check-in days.
I'm doing really good so far! And today I did 400 crunches!!!
If you have any suggestions whatsoever, PLEASE let me know!!! I need all the help I can get!!
