Ht. 5'7", Start: 240 lb, Today: 184 lb, Goal: 140 lb - I think I've hit a plateau...it's so hard to lose weight. Plus I just binged on freaking animal crackers. I feel like a pig. I think I did it because I'm beginning to feel like all my effort is pointless. I don't lose anything anymore. I can't give up though. I'm still deciding whether to jump rope or run for 30 minutes each day...

do both jumping and running or do this 3 days do jump roping and 3 days of running. That's what I would do. Then take one day off
