Ht. 5'6", Start: 141 lb, Today: 157 lb, Goal: 125 lb - does any one have a diet plan theyve been using where they have been loosing 10 lbs a month? if so id realy love to know how. Im 144 but id liuke to pase myself. i think if i can loose 10 and then maybe 3 more id be happy. ive been over weight all my life i just want to feel great for one summer. =/

omg. i was just like you. i started out at 14 years old almost that exact same weight. I was 143 lb and lost 20 pounds. i'm now 15 years old and am at 125 lb. normally though because i havne't been dieting for a while. well i tried a gizzilion times but the one that worked was eating two bowls of shredded wheat cereal (i did the "mini wheats with frosted flakes") a day and then for dinner i would usually have a salad with vinagar dressing because it has no fat or carbs or anything. Then tried to drink at least four 8 fl. oz. glasses a day. also i ended up eating a lot in between but eventually u should get used to your diet and either try to avoid that or just eat really healthy snacks in between. Anyway if you do that and add in a LOT of cardio (i did 3-4 times a week of tennis which i heard on the news once is supposed to get you a really small waist--which i totally have) and then add in some yoga (i did for beginners yoga--you don't have to go all out with that--either way its an excellent way to stretch+get you sweating+heart pumping) anyway i lost the weight in about a month but compared to all the time a tried searching for something that would work for me (several monthes) it was really a reliever. well see you later kimberly

i loose about 3+ pounds every two weeks so about 9 a month- im not really on a diet- i just eat helathier- i dont eat a lot of heavy foods or fast food, i eat lots of meats and fish and veggies, fruits,etc. There is one thing i cant resist and that is breads/bagels- however, i found theses bagels called "western bagels" at walmart and albertsons- unlike most bagels, they are low in fat, high in protein and only have about HALF THE Carbs!!! plus they dont taste diet- they taste like normal bagels and they have pita pockets too!

I can't say that I've been losing 10 per month, but 5-9 maybe. I just eat healthy and try to be as active as possible.
