Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 130 lb - ok so i have a lot to ask about today! i just did my exercise for the day which was in my backyard, i spent 20 minutes alternating between jump rope and jumping jacks. i know it doesnt sound hard but it gets me sooo out of breath! more out of breath than jogging(what i normally do) does this mean its burning more calories too? i like it better than jogging so if its better for me too then ill stick with it. also i was wondering what your target heart rate should be when you work out. my heart was beating about 180x per minute. also, i had to take short breaks inbetween jumping(you know like 30 seconds) and during that time i was still breathing really heavy. does that mean im still burning a lot of calories? well id appreciate any answers to these questions! i feel like im finally getting back on track after a terrible easter!(i gained a half inch! :[) well i hope to hear from you! thanks and good luck everyone! time for american idol. haha
