Ive started the Atkins diet this Monday and so far ive lost 3 pounds. I eat nothing but protein and run 1 mile a day on my treadmill. So far so good. By my 20th birthday ( April 19th of 08 ) I would love to meet my Goal weight. Since having a baby over a year ago its been extremely hard to lose the weight, and this diet has been the first one for me to see results! So i highly suggest it. You lose alot of weight fast, and it gets harder down the road, but if done right, it can be a huge help. ( I was on it, and lost 30 pounds, then I gained it back plus an extra 30) so its one you really need to stick too, so don't mess up like I did. and I think if you keep with it, you;ll reach your goal by your next birthday. Also, congrats with your child, and I hope everything will be wonderful for you.
