Ht. 5'1", Start: 120 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 100 lb - hey i gained a lot of weight in two years. i've been eating only dinner of anything i want and a TON of water. i've also been walking everywhere i go. i've lost 5 lbs in a week and i'm going to keep up with it, it's not hard. i'll check back in next week and tell everyone how it's going.

skipping breakfast isn't good. If you eat a big healthy breakfast, a medium sized lunch and a few small snacks during the day you won't be very hungrey at dinner and all of the food won't add of to a large weight gain if you work of more calories then you eat. Good Luck

Same thing with me. I skip breakfast, hardly eat lunch, and then I eat like a pig at dinner. Your workout is good but maybe you should start eating more throughout the day and less at night. I guess i should to, lol.

You are going to GAIN weight because of your eating habits. Your body goes into "starvation mode" when its not getting enough nutrients throughout the day. When your body finally does get food, your body will hold on to those nutrients and turn them into fat. Your best bet is to eat 3 balenced meals a day and have a snack if you get really hungry. exercise daily and drink water

Not very smart, you should eat balanced healthy meals. But do what you want no one else cares.
