I lost another 5 pounds over these past two weeks! I'm only 5 pounds away from being at a healthy weight, but I would really like to get to 130. I think I have one of those distorted body images that many people trying to lose weight have. I still don't see that much of a difference, and I thought that by the time I reached about 145, I'd look different than I do now. I guess I just gotta keep moving along, and hope my self-concept gets better. Good luck to everyone, and I hope you all have success in your efforts!!!

It was very gradual because I ended up going off track a lot. Then in February, I decided to get serious about it, and have lost a little over 20 pounds in these past two months.
