Ht. 5'1", Start: 180 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hey, heres my daily routine---Usually i have breakfast at 7 o'clock and it is usually a small on-the-go thing like granola bar(100cals) or whole grain bites(90). then 3 hours later at 10 I have fruit(50). then for lunch i usually have a whole wheat tortilla(70 cals) turkey(60) low fat cheese(30) and a 100 calorie pack. Then when i go to work i have another 100 calorie pack...like the whole grain sun chips, or i have pretzles(110) with laughing cow light cheese(35). then i have dinner and try to have as many veggies as i can protein and a little starch. For my workouts I have softball twice a week and i jog a mile 3 times a week. I stretch daily and i lift weights for about 15 mins a day.---tell me what you guys think and if you have any suggestions.

sounds good to me just maybe exercse more like 5 min of jumping rope.

I read that you should eat a big breakfast and let your meals get smaller as the day goes on.

Sounds pretty good to me. Try to exersise EVERY day. Taking 20-30 min walks or runs is a good thing to do if your not doing much that day. But, always stretch before.
