Ht. 5'7", Start: 166 lb, Today: 164 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Well I started this calorie checking thing. Every Sunday I write down the menu for the week, and then I make simple meals that are between 100-300 calories each. So basically I still have calories left for snacks that can be whatever I want so long as they stay within my calorie limit. This way I don't feel deprived and I don't feel guilty. I'll post my progress, since today is only the second day.

That is what i started doing and after a week of that and exersices i lost 1-2 puonds. If you keep going with that and an hour of working out 3-4 times a week u can probably lose 4 pounds in a week. Good luck :)
