From missy, Age 13 - 04/17/07 - IP#: 68.38.244.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'4", Start: 170 lb, Today: 167 lb, Goal: 135 lb - okay well uhm, im really self concious about my body. i was doing really well yesterday and i went down to 164 pounds but i ate a lot today so i moved back up to 167. a lot of people are telling me have you called jenny yet? it gets me mad and deep down inside i wanna cry but i never do. i wanna be skinny. i try exercising as much as possible. are there any tricks or easy simple diets that i can do to help me lose faster? i wanna reach my goal by the end of june.

Before u eat something ask urself if u r really hungry or just want something good to eat. Try posting a skinny celabrity on ur fridge so everytime u reach in there to eat something u shouldn't u can look at the picture and stop urself. Good Luck :)
