Reply from andrea, Age 16 - 04/17/07 - IP#: 66.69.146.xxx usually my b-fast nd lunch are around 250 cals..but make sure 2 get @ least 1000 cals a day..or u will lose weight @ 1st but gain it all back...i used 2 write how many cals i was a day..it helps..but now i 4get 2 or don't feel like it..good luck
Reply from Taylor, Age 14 - 04/17/07 - IP#: 68.85.113.xxx Depending on ur BMI u should only eat a certian amount of calories. I think if ur BMI is over 26 u supposed to eat 2,000 calories a day. If its 24-25 u should eat 1,600 and if it's less than 24 u eat 1,400 calories a day. u should try to eat five small meals through out the day. Good Luck =)
