Ht. 5'6", Start: 180 lb, Today: 172 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Every Monday, Wednsday and Friday i have to get up at 4:30 A.M to run 5.5 miles. I have gone for about two weeks so far and my legs and feer ache so badly!

i know take this to your grave was a MUCH better c.d but i was willing to get the new one because i missed from under the cork tree,which was o.k.But i still liked infinity on high.what other music do you like?and more power to you for getting up at 4:30 to go ran.Good luck!!!!!

i'm not a morning person..lol..i couldn't do that...if i really set my heart on it i might be able 2 do it later on in the day..but i already have 2 get up @ 5:30 just 4 skool

that's really good the workout not the pain...maybe you should treat yourself to like a pedicure or maybe new sneakers?
