I pack my luch everyday and once in a while i buy salad at the salad bar!!! I can she the weight come off!!! I have Light bread, with reduce fat mayo (if u like it), and reduce fat things to but on ur sanwich. I have a vegie wit dip, and a suqar free pudding cup, and a drink. I also have 90 caloric snacks which i have after school and after dinner. Smothies are a great snack to eat. Also try to have your family help you cook healthy dinners!!! It worked for me 5 lbs in 3 days!!! Good luck!!!

Sugar-free gum is essential!!! If I feel like I want to pick or munch on some food I don't need to eat, I just pop in a piece of gum.

Watch ur portions and make sure ur eating because ur hungry and not because ur want 2 taste something good. Don't deprieve urself either becuz u won't stick 2 ur plan. Good Luck!=)
