Ht. 5'4", Start: 168 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 135 lb - well. ive been having 3 meals everyday witha snack at lunch annd a little snack after school. breakfast- piece of bread with a little butter with a weight watchers yogurt. lunch- fat free turkey and cheese sandwich with cheeze it's and carrots. dinner-i am always having something healthy w/ usually a salad w/ organic dressing. i havent drank anything but water and one glass of milk. ive been having water before, during, and after each meal. i have lost 3 pounds so far and trying to lose more :] i only started on wednesdayy.... exercise- jumping on trampoline, dancing, gym on weekdays.
