Ht. 5'7", Start: 240 lb, Today: 179 lb, Goal: 140 lb - I lost 5 pounds this week after getting out of my plateau! I am so happy. I had just lost 3, but during the rest of the weekend, I had lost another 2. Now, I met my goal of being at 179! I've never been in the 170's.

Congrats!!!!! Now all you have to worry about is making it to the 160's.
