From Lorin, Age 19 - 04/23/07 - IP#: 71.207.189.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'5", Start: 180 lb, Today: 162 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I have been eating pretty much the same thing every day for the past few months and losing weight pretty well but now my weight loss has slowed way down and i was woundering if i go back to eating normal but not gorging myself would that maybe increase my weight loss b/c i am afraid that maybe my body thinks i am starving it what do you think i should do?
