Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 182 lb, Goal: 125 lb - This is what I had today. Breakfast an egg sandwhich with 2 pieces of bacon and maynoase and water. for lunch a sandwhich, 2 small cups of punch, 100 cal pak and some swedish fish. For supper a Ceasar's salad with 1 pouch of dressing from mcdonalds and water. For excercis 10 min basketball, 22 mins walking and 5 min pilates, and 5 min walking or running not sure. not great... try 2 not eat candy and mayo isnt great 4 you( unless it was miricle whip free) and bacon not 2 great. what kind was your sandwich?
