Reply from Emily, Age 15 - 04/26/07 - IP#: 68.151.224.xxx Hey, good luck with your goal i am sure you can do it! Weight watchers is awsome i realy love it, the only thing is you can get into the mind set that unhealthy foods are ok as long as you have enough points saved up...but really its only an ok treat. Basically weight wtachers is just an easier way of counting calories (about 50 cal per point and ortion control, which is good, but the support system is great! DDR is great for weight loss! Try doing it for about 30 min then work your way up to an hour or whatever you have time/energy for. I have a membership at curves and i love it. Some people say its a place for out of shape, non athletic people but really its for anyone. Its nice becasue it only takes 30 minutes, its fairly easy (just 30 second sprints on the machines) and results are great. As you get stronger you push yourself harder and in result the hyrolics of the machine will be harder, so no matter what stage you are at in your life it gives you the most efective work out. Good luck in trying these new things I am sure if you put your mind to it, they will work for you!
