Okay, but what about fiber from fruits and vegs? Fiber also helps you feel satisfied and full longer.

Where are your fruits and vegetables? Also, where is the milk (calcium) you should be drinking. It's good that you are having little snacks througout the day, but try adding things that have the vitamins you need. Besides that sounds good :)

Pretty good. Actually, the chesse burger could have been good. Depends if it was 1) home made or fast food. If it was home made, I'd suggest next time uing whole wheat buns or bread and lowfat or soy cheese. There is a lot lower fat in the two. The protein in the burger, though, was good.

pretty good. cheese burger not great thou but rest of the day was good!
