Reply from rach, Age 13 - 04/26/07 - IP#: 12.218.26.xxx 120 is a little low. u might want 2 start w/ 130 or 135. start with "mini" goals.like start w/ 145 or something like that. for lunch try having- 1 whole wheat tortilla, fat free miricle whip and turkey( deli stuff) and some sesoning(whatever kind u want)and a piece of fruit. its really good!!! for exercising try jump roping. when i did it i saw results really fast!!! but ive been really bust so i havnet been doing htat lately. my best of luck 2 u!!!
