I'm not so much surprised since my eating has been crap but im mad because all of that hard work i did to get to 175 just went down the drain. I am goin to start posting here again and i'm goin to go back to my weight watchers meetings , i would LOVE to get down to 160 by August when i start my senior year in high school. Do You think that is realistic/Possible ?? I started Yesterday the 25th.

I went down to 146, in less than two months. Now I realize I lost weight the wrong way because I would even starve myself for 5 days, which isn't healthy at all. So choose a healthy way to lose weight. I am now 153, which I have gained some weight. But now want to lose more weight so when I als become a snior but in July.

I calculated that if you lose 2 pounds every week, you can get to about 26-28 pounds by August 1st. But by the time around school starting you could get to about 32-34 pounds lost. You can get very close to goal. There is a slight possibility that you could reach it, but you'd have to be losing more than 2 pounds per week. Good luck though!
