Ht. 5'9", Start: 202 lb, Today: 191 lb, Goal: 165 lb - So, how many calories should you be burning daily to lose 2-3 lbs a week? I ride the exercise bike 30-35 mins every day & burn 350ish calories, then i do a lot of abdominal workouts which i know really work because i sweat a ton! but how much more should i do to lose the amount i want per week? i eat around 1250-1300ish calories a day.

That is a good calorie range. And for some people, losing 2-3 lbs a week can be very unhealthy. so just keep up the good work and you'll see results soon, don't worry.
