Reply from Alyssia, Age 17 - 04/30/07 - IP#: 165.139.169.xxx Yeah, I know that it's really hard. I just taught myself not to eat it, and the less I eat it, the less I want it. It was super hard for the first month or two. But it gets easier.
Reply from Anna, Age 14 - 04/29/07 - IP#: 71.171.188.xxx Here is an idea. Have your mom put the junk food somewhere were your more unlikely to look for food. I know it's hard. Even if you have to have your mom put the food in her bedroom
Reply from Susan, Age 17 - 04/29/07 - IP#: 76.190.151.xxx I'm in the same situation... I live with my mom and 2 brothers who are all pretty healthy, but dont eat the best. The only thing i can say is you gotta resist the temptation. Basically, look at it like, what will feel better? how you feel after eating the chips or how you feel after not eating them?? I always feel great knowing I passed up on something i may want.
