And I ate really bad like 3 or 4 peices of pizza and a sandwhich, 2 pops and dessert. But I didn't gain any weight. This is what I had today. Breakfast cereal no milk and water 110 cal. Snack fiber bar. For lunch long John Silvers and chicken mcnugets with sauce. Then I had candy kettle popcorn pop and more stuff. But for exerces I did a lot of walking like 1 hour and 1/2 then another 1. Do I need to do more exerceses
