Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 175 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Ugh...I don't know what my deal is lately but i really just haven't been caring and it shows! I'm up 10 lbs....I really just wanna scream because all i'm really mad at is myself for falling into this slump...totally i've gained 20 lbs from my lowest weight loss but i'm ready to get back on track. I mean I graduate in 26 days! I'm so excited, then in 49 days I'm going to Flordia and I wanna look hot in that bikini (that i looked hot in last month! lol) But i know if i really get into it my body loses a lot of weight fast so my short term goal is is to be 168 by next Tues, oh yea and i'm only gonna weigh in once a week because big changes are so much better! LoL! Plus i work every day this week so then i'll be busy so no down bored eating time..So so far today i've had green tea and a banana for breakfast, then for lunch i'm thinking a snadwich and a yogurt and a slimfast for dinner...but who knows i'll prob change my mind a few times...Well good luck everyone, keep ur eye on ur goals!

Good luck with everything. Just make sure to get enough calories in.
