Your body is prolly storing energy, so it can use it later. ( happens for maybe 1-2 weeks) so don't let it down. and make sure not only to measure success by the scale, it can be misleading. so measure your self ( like inches and what not) and body fat. don't get upset, you can do it!

Or every couple of days, because if I weigh myself everyday and see that number rise I'll feel horrible, even if it's just water weight. I'm sure you've been doing fine.
