Ht. 5'7", Start: 248 lb, Today: 248 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hi im new here and it was so embarasing typing my weight into the computer. so today i played kickball for 50 minutes kickboxed for 10 minutes and played basketball for 20 mintes i had 780 calories (no sodas is hard for me) please tell me how i did.

Don't be embarassed. I was in your place. Well, close to it. I'm 5"7', and I started at 240. Now I'm at 180! You can do this!

Im sorry i counted my calories wrong i hadabout 400 more sorry and i couldnt play baket ball it started to rain after like 5 minutes. is that better

I have to agree, you need more calories, and cut down on the activity hun. Now, don't get us wrong, you should be active and what not, but what your doing can be dangerous. It may lead to faster results short term, but babe, I promise you, you will gain it all back. slow and steady wins the race. I suggest eating at least 1400 calories, and doing 60 min of any activity should be good. keep it up, I know you can do it : D

Hun, you need more food. 780 calories? That's not the best way to loose weight. You need to at least 1,200 calories everyday. Eating disorder aren't fun, don't getinto that. Eat more calories today hun, and cut down on the exercise.
