Ht. 5'4", Start: 345 lb, Today: 320 lb, Goal: 290 lb - Guys, today is a good day. Found out I lost another pound, AND I fit into another pair of my old jeans 3 still, a size 24, but I fit into them now, unlike before, ah man, this is great ! I think I might go on a walk to celebrate, of course listening to Sargent peppers lonely hearts club band by the Beatles. haha!
