It has calcium, and stuff of that sort, but it also typically is greasy, and that is fat. You need to eat more throughout the day. This is what makes people overweight. They don't eat all day, and then eat something large or bad at the end of the day. Dinner should be your smallest meal of the day. Breakfast should be the largest. Hoped this helped.
