It's just that a lot of days I eat meat at lunch and wonder if it's bad if I have meat at dinner too.....?
Reply from Alyssia, Age 17 - 05/03/07 - IP#: 165.139.169.xxx It's not bad to have meat at two meals. It is actually good to have a source of protein at every meal.

Reply from Mandy, Age 18 - 05/02/07 - IP#: 63.135.14.xxx as long as you aren't eating tons of chicken in a day you're fine. if you can fit that amount in your hand, its okay, if there's more then you overdid it a bit. For protein, instead of chicken or any meat, eat an omelet. They're very good for you. :)
Reply from Catharine, Age 14 - 05/02/07 - IP#: 70.190.189.xxx The white meat on a chicken without the skin is actually quite good for you. It's a very lean meat. The dark meat and especially the skin is VERY bad for you. Stick with the white.
