Ht. 5'6", Start: 171 lb, Today: 171 lb, Goal: 120 lb - This is my first time here having to to write my wieght was very hard for I have very felt self confident until now I don't even like shopping any more. Every time I'm stressed I eat and my weight is making me stressed their is not one day I don't think about my wieght and I try to stay on a diet but since I live with 3 other people we don't keep a lot of the food your suppose to eat on a diet. What is the best way for me to lose wieght?

Mabey you should do more cardio exercise such as walk or do a sport that you have to run in also i live with someone that loves junk food so i just had them put it all in a drawer and i never look in the drawer so im not tempted.
