Ht. 5'0", Start: 136 lb, Today: 128 lb, Goal: 117 lb - Posting my daily stuff! Breakfast: healthy advantage cereal w/1% milk & a banana & mixed nuts; Lunch: quaker's carmel corn rice snack & an apple; Snack: orange yoghurt w/granola; Dinner: Taco time lite meal (chicken taco w/ guacamole & salsa & chicken chili) & diet coke & 5 jelly beans; Total calories= about 1,410. Excercise: 25-minute bike ride & 10 minute walk. Please give feedback! What would you rate my day on a 1-10 scale???

u should have a little more for lunch or something w. more protein

exercise was good and ur food was ok ur getting enough calories but watch the fat content 2 .. i rekon a 5 or 6 day
