I have an elliptical trainer, and i use it almost everyday but i get so bored of it. i go on for about 10 mins (which burns about 100-120 cals) then i walk home from work (another 180 cals). what else can i do to burn calories? I'm the laziest person ever lol I know weight doesnt just come off... well it did for me once, i used diet pills and ate healthy without exercise and lost like 10 pounds in a lil over a week, but i'm pretty sure it was water weight. So tell me what some of you are doing and for how long. And how do you last so long without either getting bored or tired? any advice is awesome :)
