Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 218 lb, Goal: 175 lb - okay i'm pissed. i swear to god i should just give up. i've cut my calories literally in half (without going seriously low, i'm not stupid) and i work out. and the result? NOTHING.

Don't give up. You've probably hit a plateau. Just give it time, it will happen eventually.

Just keep thinking about the body that you want and keep thinking, if I eat that I'm just going to keep getting bigger and never ever reach my goal. Just keep on trying. And pray!! Praying is always good.

i kno what u mean 1 time i did so well i went to the gym twice a day and ate so strict all healthy no bad stuff and i lost 0! nothing!! i was so pissed that i just started eating really bad agin lol .... i go to the gym and i usually do treadmill, bike and rower .. sometimes the elliptical and stepper 2 if i have the energy.

I know how you feel I feel like Quiting all the time then I tell my self See that Bikini that girl is wearing you are going to wear that one day if you keep on track. Just tell that to yourself every time you feel like quiting

it's just so frusterating, when i come on here and see how you guys lost 20 pounds or whatever and then i look at myself and i try so hard and nothing happens. what kind of stuff do you do?
