Ht. 5'0", Start: 125 lb, Today: 122 lb, Goal: 100 lb - Ever since my babysitter told me to have 2 snacks after school in 4th grade, i've weighed way too much. I try and lose weight, and even if i try, i dont lose any weight {except at camp b/c the food is icky and we move around more}... Starting right after our school break (we just went back tuesday) I decided not to buy any junk food from the cafeteria unless i am buying my entire lunch there (which i dont do alot) . i was able to do that, and at home i am skipping dessert after dinner and having a smaller snack after school. i still need help. advice? also, i do Taekwondo (not that has really helped-- besides meeting a hott guy who maybe likes me. lol) i've went from less than 99 lbs when i started that to 126 [at highest]

It's better to bring your own healthy lunch than getting something from school usually. But if you do get lunch at school, get salad or eat half of whatever you get. If you get an enchilada or something like that ask for extra salsa and lettuce.
