I'm still on this plateu. I hate my stomach, seriously...my waist has gotten bigger. I used to be so good with this whole diet thing but lately I've been so stressed and I just find myself binging all the time and I can't stop. It's all so hard and I'm just very stressed right now. I feel like my goal is a million miles away and I'm just screwing everything up for myself.

Instead of looking at your goal as being a million miles away, just think of this: rome wasn't built in a day and neither were those thighs. lol You didn't gain the weight overnight, so it won't come off overnight either. to keep you motivated, try eating healthy foods and say to yourself "okay, my first goal is to lose 5 pounds" once you've done that, reward yourself with something not so good for yourself, like a piece of dark chocolate or some ice cream, and then continue with your weight loss until your next mini-goal. trust me, setting mini goals for yourself helps, because you're more focused on losing that little chunk of weight rather than the entire thing. hope that helped. good luck, you can do it!!
