Ht. 5'5", Start: 208 lb, Today: 190 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Today I walked 1 1/2 hours and rode my bike for 2 hours. I ate a slice of pizza and choc. milk , 2 peanut butter sandwiches and bologna on the side and a half cucumber. I plan to have a salad later but then im done. How did I do?

erm....really bad. 4 slices of bread and pizza? too carby. just do better tomorrow. good luck.
