Ht. 5'7", Start: 180 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Half-way there guys. Starting to lose the motivation. It's almost been a year and I feel like this weight-loss is going soooo slowly. HELP ME!!! I am so sick of being fat. Being a size 10, size M/L shirt is just plain annoying. Being fat gets in the way. Someone please instill in me the motivation I had when I first started this journey. Hey dont ever call yourself fat your not , and plus its not whats on the outside that counts its whats on the inside , you may just be chunky but your definetly not fat, Good luck!!

drink lots of water, don't snack unless it's healthy and eat foods that are good for you. it takes time, and walking helps. i lost 5 pounds this week by walking about 20-30 mins a day. Don't look at how much weight you have to lose in total, make small goals. like say to yourself "i want to lose 5 pounds in the next two weeks" and when you reach your goal, reward yourself with a treat or buy yourself a shirt or some makeup etc. The rewards make you feel good that you accomplished something. Just keep going, like you said you're half way there! good luck, i know you can do it. If i can actually lose 5 pounds, i know you can (seeing as how i was the laziest person on the face of the planet lol) stay positive and keep telling yourself that if you want something badly enough, you can get it! :)
