Ht. 5'2", Start: 150 lb, Today: 137 lb, Goal: 120 lb - breakfast - special k cereal and a piece of dry toast and water lunch half a turkey sandwich on oatmeal wheat bread with ketchup and pepper rings snack 100 cal pack supper hot sausage, carrots and 1 serving of mashed potatoes.
