Reply from Amanda, Age 18 - 05/08/07 - IP#: 63.135.14.xxx fruits have carbs, but theyre good carbs, so you can eat them, low fat cheeses, lean chicken, veggies, sugar free jello, you can still eat carbs just not loads of them. i only eat 1 piece of whole wheat toast a day.
