Ht. 5'7", Start: 248 lb, Today: 246 lb, Goal: 190 lb - Ok today for today i ate 840 calories i played basketball for 20 minutes and kickboxed for 10 minutes so how did i do please tell me!!??

eating that little calories will make ur body go into starvation mode which means it stores all ur fat.... ur exercise was good though :D

1200 calories is the bare minimum you should be taking in, in order to not be vitamin-deficient.
