Ht. 5'4", Start: 168 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 135 lb - hooray! i lost 2 pounds. ive ebeen working out lately. im trying to lose more, but at least i can maintain this weight =] any tips to help me lose more? let's just say, i want to be at LEAST 15 pounds lighter by the end of next month. so im gunna need ur great tips =]

Just keep what you're doing up. If you keep it up you'll definitely be 15 pounds lighter by the end of next month. : )
