Ht. 5'7", Start: 240 lb, Today: 179 lb, Goal: 140 lb - GAH!!! I feel so guilty. I didn't workout today. Well, no cardio at least. I did 20 minutes of ab strengthening. I'm starting to get sick, so I didn't feel up to a workout. This whole week I haven't had much cardio. Monday was 25 minutes of arm strengthening and a 45 minute/2 mile walk. Tuesday was 15 minutes of jumping on the trampoline and about 45 minutes of leg strenghening. And then today which was no cardio and 20 minutes ab strengthening. I feel so bad for not working out hard. : ( I don't want to continue to get sick though. I'm trying to get better. I've been drinking tons of tea, and it's making my throat feel better, but I still feel pretty weak. Maybe I'm just being retarded. I know that I'll get back on track when I feel better.

I typically do more cardio. I was just implying the fact that my week has sucked since that was all that I had done. I did 30 minutes of cardio on my fastrak today. I was doing interval training. : )

Try to do more cardio, less strength-training. The best time to do your strenght-training is before or after your cardio. Good luck!
